Episode 29: Ninety-four percent of homeowners admit to not disclosing property defects when selling their home. Home buyers then move in and uncover shoddy repairs and cover-ups. The percentage is alarmingly high, and particularly worrisome given that so many buyers recently waived their home inspection contingency to purchase a home in a competitive real estate market. Let’s dive in to what home sellers are lying about, and the potential repercussions for doing so.
